Our organization was built on a straightforward belief: that people navigating Medicare deserve honest, personalized guidance from someone who actually knows their community — not a call center script, not a biased recommendation, and not pressure to make a decision before they are ready.

877VIPQuote is led by Leslie Kaz, RHU, a Registered Health Underwriter and licensed insurance agent who has been serving clients in the Medicare space since 1993. Leslie founded and has led Syndicated Insurance Agency through three decades of industry change — building a reputation for agent training, ethical sales practices, and genuine service to the communities the agency serves.
Leslie holds California License #0B32530 (NPN 2610260) and has built Syndicated Insurance Agency from a local California operation into a multi-state organization with more than 100 agents across 17+ states.
What Makes Us Different
- Independent agents only. Every agent in our network is independent — they represent 29 insurance carriers and have no loyalty to any of them. Their only obligation is to the person sitting across from them.

- Compliance first. Every agent in our network operates under CMS marketing guidelines. We record all sales calls, obtain Scope of Appointment forms before plan-specific discussions, and maintain 10-year retention of all enrollment documentation.
